In looking through this website I hope you can get a good idea about the kind of work that I do. I work with a full range of experiences from depression, anxiety, grief, relational breakdown to the meaningful formation of new and challenging opportunities in personal or work life. Essentially my work is about connecting with people in a thoughtful, intentional way to effect real change. I prioritize the formation of a strong therapeutic relationship with clients because it is known to be the thing that makes a difference in therapeutic outcomes. I work to engage with you in order to achieve the peace, restoration, healing as well as the achievements that are important to you. \u00a0I invite you to contact me if you would like to talk about what it is that you are wanting to do. As an overview, I am a Registered Psychologist in Vancouver, BC (#2053).
